Are all your details still up-to-date? We want to emphasize the urgency of keeping your data up-to-date. After all, you don't want your pet to go missing and then it turns out that all the data is no longer correct. In that situation, it becomes more difficult to get your beloved pet home quickly.
Therefore, make sure that all your contact details such as email address, telephone number and home address are still correct! Also as you are moving or if your pet is staying elsewhere with you indicate this in your personal PetBase account! Then you prevent the people who found your pet from standing at the wrong door when they found it
Change data for free at PetBase
At PetBase we have made it possible for everyone completely independent and free can change all its data at any time. With this we want to prevent problems when returning recently missing cats.
New pet owner
For you, as the (new) owner of the animal, it is possible to view the data and change "certain data". You decide for yourself which data “yours” are visible when an aid agency reads your pet’s chip “such as your telephone number so that you can be reached directly if your missing pet has been found”. Making changes is completely free at PetBase.
Change the details of your pet
To change the details of your pet, you can search for your pet via the bar below. You do this by means of the 15-digit chip number that is linked to your pet via a registration with PetBase. After finding your pet, you can easily change all data via the 'change data' button.
