PetBase processes your personal data for the following purposes:

How long do we keep your personal data?
PetBase will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:
- Name + address + telephone numbers and email address for returning your lost pet
- Google Analytics* for analyzing website visitors > 26 months
- Kiyoh for customer reviews > 3 months
- Zoho* for customer support and mailings
- Zoho Pagecense for website visitor analysis > 12 months
*IP numbers are stored anonymously
Sharing personal data with third parties
PetBase only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

PetBase takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
