Chest harness safer for dogs!

Roeland Wessels, a veterinarian from Nijmegen, is urging the elimination of traditional dog collars. Even though most dogs are kept on leashes while out walking, wearing a collar can be uncomfortable and even dangerous. Wessels hopes everyone will eventually switch to chest harnesses.
